Former CFL MVP Khari Jones named Hamilton Tiger Cats Offensive Co-ordinator

He used to punish the Tiger Cats as the quarterback of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in his hay day during his MVP season in 2001.Today Jones, the quarterbacks coach for the last 2 years received a promotion to offensive co-ordinator. Last year, Kevin Glenn had one of the best QB performances in team history, throwing for 5,106 yards and 33 touchdowns while completing more than 64 per cent of his passes with Jones as QB coach. The Tiger Cats are hoping what Jones did with the quarterback position, he can incorporate that success to the whole offense.
Jones replaces Mike Gibson, who left Hamilton at the end of the season and is now a running backs coach with the Calgary Stampeders.
