Burlington City Council discusses the proposed Aldershot stadium as a new home for the Hamilton Tiger Cats.
Rumour has it that two councilors, John Taylor and Marianne Meed Ward suggest they will oppose having a staff report, while Mayor Rick Goldring and councillors Blair Lancaster and Rick Craven suggest they will support it. That leaves councillors Jack Dennison and Paul Sharman as the "X" factors in approving a study to be done on the sight.Meed Ward wants to wait until after Jan. 12 to give Hamilton time to decide whether Confederation Park is back on the table.
Tiger Cats President SCott Mitchell and Angelo Paletta are in attendance for today's meeting.
