Did the Hamilton Spectator cross the line with graphic photo?

Did the Hamilton Spectator cross the line by posting a graphic photo of the crime scene in Ciudad Juarez, where two young men were gunned down while shopping for a new car?

 WARNING!!

The article below contains a graphic image.

UPDATE: After poll: 66% think that THE SPEC crossed the line, 33% believe there is no line crossed.

  1. If this shooting had occurred in Toronto, this would NEVER be shown. However, since this happened in 'drug ridden, corrupt' Mexico....we throw all 'rights of the victims, parents' and post whatever. It is only 'graphic' if it happens here, but if it happens elsewhere, it's like, who cares about the rights of those people. The Hamilton Spectator should take that picture down immediately and put forth an apology to its readers, and especially to the family of the victims who will forever be reminded of this horrible crime. Once the photo hits the internet, it's there forever.
