For those of you who haven't read the Stoney Creek News article or yet received it. Here is the link enjoy. Councillor Pearson once again tries to dodge her WEST HARBOUR VOTE.
Ask your neighbors and friends if anyone knows anything about WEST HARBOUR let alone enough info to want to put a stadium there. I also stated during the debate that before any building should be done (IE Condo Developments) we should fix the pipes and sewers that have been breaking and flooding weekly.
Small businesses in the area would of felt a positive economic spin off from a Stadium on the East Mountain. Money and business would have trickled down to the small businesses in the area. I'm positive a stadium in the West wouldn't have the same effects. Something to think about.
